Sport and Exercise Science Laboratories
Our Sport and Exercise Labs are based at the University of Winchester, UK. Each lab is equipped with state of the art equipment that allows our expert consultants to provide a detailed analysis of all aspects of sport and exercise performance. Biomechanics
We use advanced technology and assessment techniques, such as motion analysis, force measurement, and 3D modelling, to identify areas of improvement, pinpoint inefficiencies, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. Ultimately, the aim of sport biomechanics is to leverage scientific principles and data-driven insights to drive performance gains and help athletes achieve their goals.
Physiology
We assess physiological parameters such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance, and body composition through comprehensive testing and analysis. Using this data, we design customised training programs, provide nutritional recommendations, and offer strategies to improve overall performance and wellbeing. We also monitor and track progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal results.
Psychology
We work with teams, and individuals to enhance their physical performance, strength, and overall fitness. We assess the specific needs and goals of clients, design tailored training programs, and provide guidance on exercise selection, proper technique, and workout progression. We also educate clients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, for optimal performance. Through regular monitoring and evaluation, we adjust programs as needed to ensure continual progress and maximize results.
Strength and Conditioning
We provide support and guidance in areas such as goal setting, motivation, confidence building, stress management, concentration, and resilience. Individual or group sessions, help clients develop mental skills and strategies that promote a positive mindset, mental toughness, and effective performance under pressure. We also address psychological barriers and assist in overcoming challenges, enabling clients to reach their full potential in their sport or exercise endeavours.
